INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual Therapy is a one-to-one talk therapy experience with me, in which you feel heard and validated. We navigate your past and current problems in a nurturing and supportive environment.
COUPLES THERAPY
In Couples Therapy, partners identify the source of their problems and negative interactional patterns. Through setting goals, the relationship builds strength, trust, and is solution-focused.
FAMILY THERAPY
Structural Family Therapy realigns the family or couple structure by exploring rules, coalitions, power dynamics, boundaries and hierarchies. This form of treatment seeks to uncover generational patterns that lead to dysfunction.

MAKE A LASTING DIFFERENCE
A demanding schedule shouldn’t be a barrier to finding counseling during challenging times. Having the choice to meet with me in-office or online makes receiving care more readily accessible.
I use a confidential, HIPAA-compliant platform, Bluejeans, for online therapy. In-office appointments are offered at my Midtown West Manhattan location for those who prefer and can access coming in-person or want a hybrid of services.

WHAT ISSUES DO YOU TREAT?
I treat anxiety, depression, couples issues, trauma, and more.
I believe in tailoring therapy to your needs, your goals, and your situation. There is no one-size-fits-all therapy approach. In therapy, you will learn practical skills and techniques that you can apply every day in real life.
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
I do not take private insurance.
If needed, I will provide documentation that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network coverage.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Venmo, CashApp, or Credit Card are accepted forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of service. Currently, I do not take insurance. Upon request, I can provide you with a monthly receipt if you wish to submit your billing statement to your insurance company for reimbursement.
The credit card you are required to have on file is automatically charged for missed sessions and those canceled without at least 48 hours notice.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES FOR THERAPY
Individual therapy – $200 / 45 minutes
Couples therapy – $225 / 45 minutes or $250/ 1 hour
Family therapy – $300 / 1 hour
DO I REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FOR OUT-OF-NETWORK OUTPATIENT THERAPY SESSIONS?
If so, provide your insurance company with the date of our first session, and I will provide you with my NPI number and Tax ID number for your insurance company.
Upon request, monthly invoices for your claims to be processed can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of the session.
